1 For the choir director; with stringed instruments. A Psalm. A Song. God be gracious to us and bless us, And cause His face to shine upon us-- Selah.1 God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah.1 God be merciful unto us, and bless us, And cause his face to shine upon us; Selah1 Unto the end, in, hymns, a psalm of a canticle for David. May God have mercy on us, and bless us: may he cause the light of his countenance to shine upon us, and may he have mercy on us. 1 To the Overseer, with stringed instruments. -- A Psalm, a Song. God doth favour us and bless us, Doth cause His face to shine with us. Selah.
2 That Your way may be known on the earth, Your salvation among all nations.2 That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.2 That thy way may be known upon earth, Thy salvation among all nations.2 That we may know thy way upon earth: thy salvation in all nations. 2 For the knowledge in earth of Thy way, among all nations of Thy salvation.
3 Let the peoples praise You, O God; Let all the peoples praise You.3 Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.3 Let the peoples praise thee, O God; Let all the peoples praise thee.3 Let people confess to thee, O God: let all people give praise to thee. 3 Praise Thee do peoples, O God, Praise Thee do peoples, all of them.
4 Let the nations be glad and sing for joy; For You will judge the peoples with uprightness And guide the nations on the earth. Selah.4 O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah.4 Oh let the nations be glad and sing for joy; For thou wilt judge the peoples with equity, And govern the nations upon earth.
