God Implored to Confound His Enemies.A Song, a Psalm of Asaph.
NASBKJVASVDRBYLT
1 A Song, a Psalm of Asaph. O God, do not remain quiet; Do not be silent and, O God, do not be still.1 Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.1 O God, keep not thou silence: Hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.1 A canticle of a psalm for Asaph. O God, who shall be like to thee? hold not thy peace, neither be thou still, O God. 1 A Song, -- A Psalm of Asaph. O God, let there be no silence to Thee, Be not silent, nor be quiet, O God.
2 For behold, Your enemies make an uproar, And those who hate You have exalted themselves.2 For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head.2 For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult; And they that hate thee have lifted up the head.2 For lo, thy enemies have made a noise: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head. 2 For, lo, Thine enemies do roar, And those hating Thee have lifted up the head,
3 They make shrewd plans against Your people, And conspire together against Your treasured ones.3 They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.3 Thy take crafty counsel against thy people, And consult together against thy hidden ones.3 They have taken a malicious counsel against thy people, and have consulted against thy saints. 3 Against Thy people they take crafty counsel, And consult against Thy hidden ones.
4 They have said, "Come, and let us wipe them out as a nation, That the name of Israel be remembered no more."4 They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.4 They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; That the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.4 They have said: Come and let us destroy them, so that they be not a nation: and let the name of Israel be remembered no more. 4 They have said, 'Come, And we cut them off from being a nation, And the name of Israel is not remembered any more.'
5 For they have conspired together with one mind; Against You they make a covenant:5 For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee:5 For they have consulted together with one consent; Against thee do they make a covenant:5 For they have contrived with one consent: they have made a covenant together against thee, 5 For they consulted in heart together, Against Thee a covenant they make,

9 Deal with them as with Midian, As with Sisera and Jabin at the torrent of Kishon,9 Do unto them as unto the Midianites; as to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the brook of Kison:9 Do thou unto them as unto Midian, As to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the river Kishon;9 Do to them as thou didst to Madian and to Sisara: as to Jabin at the brook of Cisson. 9 Do to them as to Midian, As to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the stream Kishon.

NASBKJVASVDRBYLT
11 Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb And all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna,11 Make their nobles like Oreb, and like Zeeb: yea, all their princes as Zebah, and as Zalmunna:11 Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb; Yea, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna;11 Make their princes like Oreb, and Zeb, and Zebee, and Salmana. 12 Who said, "Let us possess for ourselves The pastures of God."12 Who said, Let us take to ourselves the houses of God in possession.12 Who said, Let us take to ourselves in possession The habitations of God.12 who have said: Let us possess the sanctuary of God for an inheritance. 12 Who have said, 'Let us occupy for ourselves The comely places of God.'
13 O my God, make them like the whirling dust, Like chaff before the wind.13 O my God, make them like a wheel; as the stubble before the wind.13 O my God, make them like the whirling dust; As stubble before the wind.13 O my God, make them like a wheel; and as stubble before the wind. 13 O my God, make them as a rolling thing, As stubble before wind.
14 Like fire that burns the forest And like a flame that sets the mountains on fire,14 As the fire burneth a wood, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire;14 As the fire that burneth the forest, And as the flame that setteth the mountains on fire,14 As fire which burneth the wood: and as a flame burning mountains: 14 As a fire doth burn a forest, And as a flame setteth hills on fire,
15 So pursue them with Your tempest And terrify them with Your storm.15 So persecute them with thy tempest, and make them afraid with thy storm.15 So pursue them with thy tempest, And terrify them with thy storm.15 So shalt thou pursue them with thy tempest: and shalt trouble them in thy wrath. 15 So dost Thou pursue them with Thy whirlwind, And with Thy hurricane troublest them.
NASBKJVASVDRBYLT
16 Fill their faces with dishonor, That they may seek Your name, O LORD.16 Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek thy name, O LORD.16 Fill their faces with confusion, That they may seek thy name, O Jehovah.16 Fill their faces with shame; and they shall seek thy name, O Lord. 16 Fill their faces with shame, And they seek Thy name, O Jehovah.
17 Let them be ashamed and dismayed forever, And let them be humiliated and perish,17 Let them be confounded and troubled for ever; yea, let them be put to shame, and perish:17 Let them be put to shame and dismayed for ever; Yea, let them be confounded and perish;17 Let them be ashamed and troubled for ever and ever: and let them be confounded and perish. 17 They are ashamed and troubled for ever, Yea, they are confounded and lost.
18 That they may know that You alone, whose name is the LORD, Are the Most High over all the earth.18 That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.18 That they may know that thou alone, whose name is Jehovah, Art the Most High over all the earth. 18 And let them know that the Lord is thy name: thou alone art the most High over all the earth. 18 And they know that Thou -- (Thy name is Jehovah -- by Thyself,) Art the Most High over all the earth!
